page 2 - chapter 1 cover
at first, i wasn't sure if i even wanted to divide the comic into chapters at all. but then this cover just popped into my head and now i guess i have to go through with it...
please note the forest - i'm pretty proud of it, although it's not quite cartoon-ish enough to fit the rest of the comic. but a lot of time, effort, and layers went into that one, and i like it anyway.
